Appeal

Appeal for Urgent Help from Civilians of Dara`a City (and other threatened Syrian cities)
Dear Mr. President of the USA and Mr. Secretary General of the UN,
You have always shown sympathy and eager to help the civilians whom are facing any kind of dangers around the world. We have seen successful plans of civilians’ protection in Bosnia, for example, and 90% success in other countries (maybe less than that for other territories) but at least you the honor of trying.
Nowadays, my brothers and sisters in Syria are experiencing daily horror by the Syrian security forces itself, with bare hands in protests against the cruelty of Syrian regime.
It started in early March 2011 by small number of protestors and developing into clashes between the security forces and big numbers of protestors in Dara`a city resulted killing tens of these protesters, hundreds of wounded and unknown number of enforced disappearance IN ONE SINGLE DAY (March 18th 2011).
Day by day, protests are spreading from Syrian city to another, and the dead, wounded and especially the enforced disappearance are increasing as well.  171 human were killed since March the 18th, unknown number of wounded and thousands of enforced disappearance persons, press reports claimed. My own experience of the Syrian security forces and the dark media blackout indicates that more than 171 human were killed.
Dear Sirs, no one have any idea about the way of living of 900,000 per through the late month of March and April 2011. Reporters are not allowed to go in the city except the shy Syrian TV camera which shows that nothing going on in Dara`a, using old dated photos.
Dear Sirs, the third edition of the Aide Memoire is based on the Council’s previous deliberations on the protection of civilians, including resolutions 1265 (1999), 1296 (2000),1674 (2006), and 1738 (2006). It is the result of consultation between the Security Council and the Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA), as well as between OCHA and concerned United Nations departments and agencies, and other relevant humanitarian organizations. (Aide Memoire 2009, page5).
Page no7 of thee Aide Memoire explains the cases which draws attention of the UN to take an urgent and authorized action to protect civilians in any place on earth. I believe that Dara`a people are in need (urgently) of any possible help. On the other hand, any delay in this stage will encourage the Syrian security forces to put other Syrian cities under the siege which taking place now in Dara`a. The dark history of the Syrian regime tells us that they do not care about the number of civilians they have to kill to keep the authority in their hands.
The Libyan rebels had all your support from the very beginning of the Libyan revolution. Why? Because the Libyan UN envoy has joined them, more than that, all Arab media are supporting them too. However the Syrian ex- UN envoy Faisal Almikdad is from Dara`a, the Syrian rebels have no voice in the UN office.
On this occasion I would like to beg for one single meeting with the UN members to explain the explosive situation in Syria, which moved to another stage after killing more than 15 per of the Syrian Security Forces today April 8th 2011, which means that, an armed clash is going to take place in Syria (God Forbidden) unless you make your move with an urgent solution through contacting Mr. President Bashar Alassad in person to find any quick action to end another Libyan crisis before starting.
Dear Sirs the worst feeling is to stay foot and watch your own brothers killing each other.
MAY THE ALL MIGHTY ALLAH HELP ME IN SAVING MY BROTHERS` BLOOD?
